Early in my time at Nebo Agency, I was given the opportunity to take ownership of LandYield's evolving visual identity. What started as a collection of marketing needs became a chance to help define the brand's look and feel across multiple channels. By modernizing typography, establishing consistent visual standards, and leveraging motion design to communicate complex ideas, I helped transform the brand into a more polished, engaging, and scalable experience.
Platform Adoption Campaign
To help introduce landowners to the LandYield platform, I created an animated explainer video focused on the value and capabilities of the portal rather than a step-by-step product tutorial. From concept to final delivery, I developed storyboards and style frames, established the visual direction, animated the piece, and art directed the voiceover performance to ensure the final product felt approachable, informative, and aligned with the brand. The result was a high-level introduction designed to build confidence and encourage users to explore the platform for themselves.
Meeting Landowners Where They Are
While LandYield operates in a digital space, many of its most valuable audiences are reached through traditional channels. To connect with older landowners, direct mail became a cornerstone of the company's marketing strategy. I designed a series of mailers from concept to final production, balancing educational content with clear calls to action that encouraged recipients to learn more about the program. Each piece was carefully structured to simplify complex information, establish trust, and guide potential participants toward taking the next step with LandYield.
Growing the
Next Generation
As LandYield continued to grow, there was an opportunity to broaden the brand's appeal beyond its traditional audience and connect with a younger generation of landowners. To support this effort, I developed creative for display advertising, paid social campaigns, and organic social content that introduced the brand through a more modern visual lens. By combining updated design systems, motion graphics, and platform-specific creative strategies, these campaigns helped increase awareness and create new entry points for audiences discovering LandYield for the first time.
